SPECIALTIES & CONDITIONS

Here's how we help.

We work with the full range of adult, teen, and pediatric mental health concerns — including conditions that haven't responded to standard care.

What we treat.

A quick overview of the conditions we work with most often. Your plan will be built around what you're specifically navigating — not a template.

Depression

Depression doesn't look the same for everyone. For some it's low mood and heavy days; for others it's irritability, fatigue, or a sense that nothing lands. Your care here starts with figuring out what's actually driving yours — because the plan depends on it.

Anxiety & panic

Anxiety can feel like your nervous system never shuts off. We'll help you understand what's amplifying it — including things most psychiatric providers skip, like sleep, thyroid, nutrition, and lifestyle load. Medication is one option when it fits; it's rarely the only tool we use.

Perinatal & postpartum

Pregnancy, postpartum, and the perinatal transition are seasons when mental health symptoms can emerge or intensify. Our entire team is PSI-trained in perinatal mood disorders and psychopharmacology. That means thoughtful medication consideration during pregnancy and lactation, and care that doesn't minimize what you're going through.

PTSD & trauma

Trauma isn't always the kind that gets talked about. Your care here starts with understanding the shape of what happened and what you're navigating now. Plans can include medication, lifestyle work, lab review, and a referral to trauma-focused therapy when it's the right fit.

First responders & high-stress professions

We care for first responders, healthcare workers, and others whose careers come with chronic high-stress exposure. We understand what you can and can't talk about, how medication choices need to work with shift work and alertness demands, and what it takes to stay effective in demanding roles.

OCD

OCD exists on a wide spectrum — not always the classic contamination or counting patterns. Your care here helps clarify how OCD is showing up for you and builds a plan that may include medication, lab review, and referral for exposure-based therapy

Neurodivergence & ADHD

Adult ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence are often missed, misdiagnosed, or dismissed as something else. Your workup can include QbTech, an objective computer-based attention measure, when it would add clarity to the clinical picture. From there, we build a plan that fits how you actually work and live.

Child & adolescent

We have clinicians who focus specifically on children and teens — including complex and difficult cases. The plan is thoughtful, and we work closely with families, not around them.

Bipolar

Accurate diagnosis matters more here than almost any other condition — bipolar is often misdiagnosed as depression, which can delay effective treatment by years. Your care starts with careful history-taking, consideration of mood stabilization options, and close monitoring over time.

Tools and services we use.

We use these specialty tools when they'll meaningfully shift the plan. Not every patient needs every one — we decide together, based on what's actually going on.

  • Pharmacogenetic testing

Most practices stop at the surface. Our integrative training lets us also interpret how your receptors might respond, which helps explain why some medications work for you and others haven't.

  • QbTech ADHD evaluation

Objective, computer-based attention measurement that adds real data to the clinical picture during an ADHD workup.

  • Lab workups

Thyroid, vitamin D, B12, iron, and more — because medication can be perfectly chosen and still fall short if underlying labs are off.

  • Supplement guidance

Supplements can genuinely help — but only when you know what to use, how much, and alongside what else.

  • Holistic & integrative

Rather than defaulting to medication-only, we consider the whole picture: your symptoms, your history, your lifestyle, your biology.
