I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) based in Colorado, but “home” will always be the Midwest. With over 15 years of professional experience in mental health, I’ve been practicing as a PMHNP for the past 8 years. My clinical focus is in reproductive psychiatry and perinatal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I specialize in helping patients find balance during one of the most transformative, and often most challenging, seasons of life.

After earning my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University in 2017, I pursued specialized training in reproductive psychiatry, further deepening my expertise in treating mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and postpartum. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. My clinical background also includes experience in community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), which broadens the perspective I bring to perinatal care.

As a mother of young children, I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing motherhood, personal goals, and a thriving career. This experience deepens my ability to connect with and support women navigating similar transitions. My blend of clinical expertise and empathy allows me to provide thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate care during the reproductive years.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and trying new recipes. I enjoy relaxing with a good book, watching a good documentary, or rewatching classic sitcoms!
