About Heather Daigle, MS, PA-C

My goal is to help your child feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools that truly make a difference.

Hi there, I’m Heather, a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry. For nearly 15 years, I’ve supported kids and their families through some of their most challenging moments, providing care that is direct, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate.

With 29 years of medical experience and 13 years dedicated exclusively to psychiatry, I’ve worked across inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, and residential treatment settings. I am especially passionate about trauma-informed care and helping children and teens feel safe, understood, and engaged in their healing. I’ve also published research on CBD use and have additional training in integrative psychiatry, which allows me to consider the whole person, mind and body, when supporting mental wellness.

I care deeply about empowering families with clear guidance, education, and practical tools. I believe young people thrive when they feel heard and when the adults in their lives feel supported and informed. My goal is to help your child build confidence, develop healthier coping skills, and move forward with strength and resilience.

Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to your child. It’s truly an honor to partner with families during these vulnerable times and to walk alongside you with steady support and a trauma-sensitive approach.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family and animals. Helping kids grow, heal, and reconnect with who they are is the heart of my work, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of your child’s journey!
